pool openings and closings

What Is Included:

Openings: Remove cover and stow it away. Vacuum, brush and net the pool. 5 gallons of liquid chlorine added to remove any living organisms in the pool. Equipment started up and tested. All plugs removed and all returns / baskets put back in. Price: $400 for pool or $450 for a pool and attached spa. (Please note some pools have extra custom features that will affect the price of opening. Send pictures and we can give you a price over the phone.)

Closings: Remove all returns and baskets. Blow out and plug all lines to remove the water. Equipment properly winterized. Filter cleaned out thoroughly so it is ready for spring. Winter chemicals added to pool water. Safety cover installed. Price: $400 for pool or $450 for a pool and attached spa. (Please note some pools have extra custom features that will affect the price of closing. Send pictures and we can give you a price over the phone.)

salt water conversion

Let us help you convert your pool to a salt water pool. Call today for any questions you have. We will gladly discuss the options and pricing.

maintenance plans

We Offer 3 Plans To Suit Your Needs:

Weekly: This includes vacuuming floors, brushing floor and walls and netting the surface as needed. Water is tested and kept in balance. Skimmer baskets, pump basket and cleaner baskets emptied each time. All equipment is inspected and monitored throughout the season. Chemicals are not included, but we can provide if you prefer not to supply your own. Price: $95 per visit.

Bi-Weekly: All the same services as weekly but instead we come every other week. Price: $120 per visit.

Chemical Test Only: Some pool owners prefer to clean their own pools but don’t want to handle the chemicals and water balancing. We will stop by and test your water and balance it with your chemicals or we will sell you the chemicals you need. This doesn’t include cleaning, but your water will be in balance and safe to swim in. Price: $40 per visit.

Although tarps do cover pools, tarps are not called “Safety Covers” for a reason.
