Pool Openings
Openings:
- Cover removed and stowed away.
- Vacuum, brush and skim the pool as needed.
- Add 5 gallons of liquid Chlorine to remove any living organisms in the pool.
- Equipment started up and tested.
- Plugs are removed and all returns / baskets are put back in.

- $525 for a Pool and attached Spa

- Thread Down Anchors
- Remove Tarp and Weights (If Applicable)
- Install Fittings and Baskets
- Fill Chlorinator with Customer Supplied Tabs
- Vacuum Floor
- Scrub Walls
- Skim Surface

- Setup and Test Cleaner
- Install and Tighten All Drain Plugs

Pool Closings
Closings:
- Remove returns and baskets.
- Blow out and plug all lines to remove water.
- Make sure that your equipment is properly winterized.
- Filter is cleaned out thoroughly.
- Winter chemicals are added to the pool water.

Maintenance Plans
We Offer 3 Plans To Suit your Needs:
Weekly:
- This includes vacuuming floors, brushing floor and walls and netting the surface as needed.
- Water is tested and kept in balance.
- Skimmer baskets, pump basket and cleaner baskets emptied each time.
- All equipment is inspected and monitored throughout the season.
- Chemicals are not included, but we can provide if you prefer not to supply your own.
Price: $110 per visit.
Bi-Weekly:
- This includes vacuuming floors, brushing floor and walls and netting the surface as needed.
- Water is tested and kept in balance.
- Skimmer baskets, pump basket and cleaner baskets emptied each time.
- All equipment is inspected and monitored throughout the season.
- Chemicals are not included, but we can provide if you prefer not to supply your own.
Price: $135 per visit.
Chemical Test Only:
- Some pool owners prefer to clean their own pools but don’t want to handle the chemicals and water balancing.
- We will stop by and test your water and balance it with your chemicals or we will sell you the chemicals you need.
- This doesn’t include cleaning, but your water will be in balance and safe to swim in.
Price: $50 per visit.
