2: All bookings are on Monday’s. Your pool will be opened during the week of the Monday you book. We geographically arrange the openings for best time optimization. If you need to know the specific day we are coming please call or text 267-714-4414 the week before you are booked, we will gladly assist you.

Pool Opening Warranty Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING POOL FINISHES AND MATERIAL WARRANTIES

Brighter Pool Solutions follows industry-standard opening procedures, including adding liquid chlorine to the pool to ensure safe swimming conditions. Certain pool finishes and surfaces (e.g., PebbleTec®, exposed aggregate, specialty tiles, or custom coatings) may be affected by chlorine levels or other chemicals used during the opening process.

By checking the box below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Manufacturer Warranties: It is the Client's sole responsibility to be informed of any manufacturer warranties or care instructions related to pool finishes, coatings, tile, or other materials.
Liability Disclaimer: Brighter Pool Solutions shall not be held liable for any damage to finishes, coatings, or surfaces that results from chlorine levels or other chemicals used during the pool opening process.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brighter Pool Solutions from any claims, losses, or warranty denials resulting from standard pool opening procedures applied to their pool system.
Disclosure of Care Instructions: If the Client is aware of any specific care instructions, limitations, or material warranties that may be affected by opening, they must disclose this information in writing prior to service.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no restrictions that conflict with standard opening procedures. I accept full responsibility for notifying Brighter Pool Solutions in writing of any special care requirements or warranty conditions that may be affected by an industry standard pool opening as well as using liquid chlorine at opening.
